Love to Cook? Take time to learn something new and creative from great chefs. Stillwater has two locations for cooking classes: The Rivertown Inn as well as Cooks of Crocus Hill. The Rivertown Inn features hands-on instruction, plentiful food and wine samplings, and a take home recipe booklet of the days' menu. $75 per person. Reservations are required. Rivertown Inn, 306 W. ROCKIN' RIBS ON THE RIVER
This summer’s newest FREE event in the valley, Rockin’ Ribs on the River, is set to kick off on Saturday, June 15 at Lakeside Park in Bayport.

MINNESOTA SPECIAL OLYMPICS SUMMER GAMES
The Minnesota Special Olympics Summer Games, Stillwater Area High School, 5701 Stillwater Blvd N, on June 20-22, Th-Sat.Three days of sponsored activities. Those participating in the 5K on 6/21, must pre-register ($25) at http://summergames5k.kintera.org. Plan to stay overnight in one of our 7 B&Bs, 2 historic inns or 5 contemporary hotels. While at the Olympics, take time to enjoy all the attractions, events, shopping, boating, etc, that Stillwater has to offer. 5,000 people expected, including an estimated 1,200 athletes, 600 coaches and 1,300 volunteers.
